Great to meet you!
Good care starts with listening and meeting people where they are. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing what’s really going on so we can find a plan that truly fits your life. After years working in psychiatric emergency care and outpatient clinics, I’ve learned that every story is unique and deserves care that reflects that. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping you find clarity, balance, and lasting change.
My approach to therapy
My approach is open-minded and practical. I like to get a clear understanding of what’s going on and focus on finding what will actually help. I try to keep things simple, direct, and supportive so we can make progress you can feel in your day-to-day life.
What you can expect from me
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to get a better sense of your history and what’s worked or not worked before. By the end, we’ll see if it feels like a good fit and discuss next steps.
