We accept commercial Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Empire) plans. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or plans linked to them. Private pay is $300 per appointment. With in-network insurance, your cost is your plan's copay or deductible rate, verified before your first visit.
